CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation received until 10th May 2024:
50% Refund less GST and bank transaction fees.
Cancellation received until 10th July 2024:
25% Refund less GST and bank transaction fees.
Cancellation received from 1st July 2024 onwards:
No Refunds.
Refunds will be processed after:
30 days after the conference ends.

Conference Lunch & Gala Dinner.
On-spot registered delegates will not be provided with any kit.
IMPORTANT NOTES & INCLUSIONS FOR WORKSHOP
Registration fee includes 18% GST.
Conference registration is mandatory for attending the workshop.
Registration is available on a first come- first serve basis, with only 30 seats available per workshop.
Last date to register for the workshop: 15 August 2024.
One delegate can register for one workshop only.
The seats are limited in number and will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
Workshop fee includes: working lunch & folder etc.
Date & time of workshop: 26th September 2024 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Send the scanned copy of the duly filled offline form along with the transaction details (cash/dd/cheque/upi/neft/rtgs) to registration@transmedconchennai2024.com.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
There will be extra bank fees that apply.
In order to present an abstract, present a poster, and interact with invited faculty, chairpersons, and committee members, registration is required.
It is necessary to have a legitimate certificate from the department/institution head in order to register for postgraduate studies.
Registration is non-transferable.
In all of your transactions, kindly provide your registration number.
The delegate, not the organizing committee, will bear responsibility in the event that a payment transaction fails.
The organizing committee’s choice will be regarded as final. Any changes to the conference’s date will not be the organizer’s fault.
The conference will not offer Mediclaim or Medical Insurance.
Chennai is the jurisdiction area for legal purposes.
A Delegate kit will not be given for spot registrations (Subject to availability).
If an act of God or other unforeseen circumstances, such as the resurgence of COVID-19 cases, cause the conference to be postponed or held virtually, the organizers will not be held accountable. Any change-related decisions will be made after thorough discussion and consultation with the ISTM National Governing Body.
