We are honored to have you all join us in Chennai for the esteemed 12th Annual National Conference of the Indian Society of Transfusion Medicine, or “TRANSMEDCON 2024,” which will be held at the Hotel Kaldan Samudhra Palace in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu, on September 26–29, 2024.

Chennai is hosting this annual conference. The conference’s theme is “Discuss-Debate-Deliberate.“

TRANSMEDCON 2024 promises a comprehensive scientific program encompassing a wide array of topics crucial to the transfusion medicine specialty. Distinguished national and international speakers will share their insights and experiences, highlighting recent technological advancements and addressing pertinent issues in donor management and clinical transfusion practice.

This conference offers a special chance for attendees, especially postgraduate students, to interact with top authorities in the field, promoting insightful discussion and knowledge sharing.

In addition to taking advantage of the pre-conference workshops that provide practical learning opportunities and a platform for interaction with distinguished national and international faculty, we encourage participants to submit abstracts of their scientific work for presentation during conference sessions.

In addition to the intellectually stimulating scientific sessions, attendees will relish the peace and charm of Chennai, the South Indian cultural capital, and its environs. Tamil Nadu, India’s host city, Mahabalipuram, also known as Mamallapuram, is a historic city and UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is among India’s most well-known tourist destinations. The Chennai Metropolitan Area includes it. It is one of Chennai’s satellite towns.
